What does the Mentee gain? Studies show mentored young people gain skills and confidence necesary for success in school. Mentees:

Appreciate having an older person take a personal interest in them
Learn to trust and learn from the mentor
Model the behavior of the mentor

Stay in school
Don't skip class or school
Stay away from illegal drugs and alcohol
