The Task Force on Mentoring of Montgomery County’s (TFM) mission is to expand access to mentoring programs to youth throughout the County, and to enhance the community’s understanding of mentoring as a valuable prevention tool.

Our primary goals are to help organizations develop, implement, and evaluate mentor programs, and to provide technical support and continuing education opportunities to the county-wide mentoring community. The TFM provides training and technical assistance to new and existing mentor programs, and reaches out to the local schools and other community-based organizations in an effort to expand mentoring programs to all local communities.
