Stop Jumping Through Hoops. Start Making Moves.

As a woman in the workplace, you know what it’s like to bring your best every day and still feel underappreciated, underpaid, and confused about how to advance your career, get a raise, or find a new job that allows you to actually make an impact. You…

  • Have the degree, plus years of experience but somehow you still feel stuck—unsure of what your options really are.

  • Update your resume and network until your throat is dry—but now what?

  • Feel like your current organization doesn’t recognize what you bring to the table or appreciate you as the expert you are.

  • Are starting to realize that not having a personalized career development plan and the support of expert-level mentorship is hurting your career more and more.

Simply put, you’re tired, lost, and ready for more. Sound familiar?

I’ve got you covered.

Let’s work together so you are equipped with the tools and strategies to find, secure, and advance your career in a way that not only aligns with your strengths and values, but also positions you for advancement to the highest levels of leadership—right where you belong.

Then you can make these goals a reality:

  • Set your bills on autopay and know that they’ll clear.

  • Get paid maternity AND have benefits to support your growing family

  • Have a 401k match of 10% instead of 2%.

  • Have a $10,000 emergency fund

I want that for you and I know you do too. Together, we’ll make it happen.

Meet Your New Mentor

I’m Ashley A. Adams, PhD, CEO, and founder of Mentor Me, a career development company for professional women, and Schoolin’ Life, a weekly podcast about life, love & (occasionally) libations. Through my award-winning podcast, blog, and high-impact mentoring programs, I have helped professional women earn more than a million dollars in salary increases, raises, and bonuses by leveraging the skills they already have to position themselves as top candidates for high-paying roles.

In addition to my role as a successful entrepreneur, I also serve as a senior level administrator in higher education and specialize in student affairs and staff and team development. With nearly 15 years of professional experience in corporate, nonprofit, and educational leadership, I use mentorship to help women make more money, have more impact, and advance to the highest levels of leadership—right where they belong.

I have served as a keynote and workshop speaker with WeWork, American College Personnel Association(ACPA), National Association of Student Affairs Professionals(NASPA), and Archer Education. My work has been featured by WHVL-TV, State College Magazine, The Memo: What Women of Color Need To Know To Secure a Seat at the Table, Unbothered29, and numerous popular podcasts.

Because Here’s What I Know About You

  • You already have the degrees, the credentials, and the skills—you just need to learn how to apply them.

  • You can’t afford to be broke—because if we’re honest, your bills don’t care if you’ve got money or not.

  • You’re not afraid to invest in yourself by taking out a student loan—but investing directly in yourself through mentorship feels scary as hell.

All that’s left to ask yourself is ‘what’s worse?’ Investing in yourself and your future, or staying stuck right where you are—for who knows how much longer.

If you’re ready to make moves and wake up to something better, I’m ready to get you there.
