Hey, I’m Ashley

Helping women reach executive-level roles is my jam.

Actually seeing women earn more money and have more impact in their chosen industry is my favorite activity, and I know it’s yours too.

I went from struggling with imposter syndrome—often feeling like I didn’t have what it took to get in or stay in the room and that no one was listening—to becoming the foremost expert in my industry.  Now every week, I turn down multiple requests to speak about my work and working in my zone of genius (what I refer to as my “career area of impact”).

I’ve helped hundreds of women all over the globe in industries like corporate sales, engineering, higher education, government, social work, strategic communications, and more.

When does the program begin and end?

We’re currently enrolling our next cohort. Apply today and if approved, you’ll get access to schedule your orientation and start in the same week. The program is 90-days long and you’ll have access to a 30 & 90 day follow up after the program concludes

What are the program dates?

The program begins one you enroll. You’ll be active in the program for 90 days, plus an individualized 30 and 90 day follow-up.

What is the time commitment per week?

Approximately 2 hours per week, however my mentees who see the greatest success put in as much time as needed to achieve the result they desire.

Are there any prerequisites?

Yes, a commitment to doing the work, because it works, if you work it.

Are there any other material or equipment costs besides the enrollment cost of the course?

No, I provide everything you’ll need.

Do I get support, community, or access to you?

Yes, You’ll have a 90 min session with me weekly, 60 min weekly office hours for drop in stop in support, plus our messaging portal which I respond to daily.

What is the refund policy?

Once a session, package, program or product is scheduled and paid for in part via a deposit or in full no portion may be returned. Upon paying the deposit for a service, the client also agrees to pay the remaining balance for the service as well. Once a payment in part or in full is paid, client understands that all sales are final.

What is the investment?

It is a mid 4 figure investment and payment plans are available
